Got a pound of brisket and a large container of mac and cheese. Pick up at the side window. Made for a perfect dinner for two. The next day used the remaining brisket as topping for a Panera pizza. The fat is so delicious that I ate it and took an extra cholesterol pill afterwards. Oh yeah forgot to mention the covered outdoor patio with picnic tables if one wants to eat on location. It's a nice addition to the space and far enough away from the roadway so car sounds are tolerable. ”

Everything was great. Well seasoned and juicy meat. But the ribs were the star. The end piece had a crispy bark that was so tasty! They were very busy so recommend calling in your order ahead of time. The owner kept touching base that our order was being prepared. Very good service. We will be back. ”
